To request deletion of your Love Your Enemy account and all associated data:
- 1. Email us at support@loveyourenemy.app with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
- 2. Include your registered email address in the request
- 3. We will process your deletion request within 30 days
- 4. The following data will be permanently deleted:

-  - Usage analytics and tracking data

-  - All encrypted journal entries are stored on your personal device - not on our servers.
- 5. Note: Journal entries stored locally on your device will be removed when you uninstall the app
9. Children's Privacy
Love Your Enemy is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, including:
- Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data transfers
- Adequacy decisions where available
